Speaking
Speaking is the hardest part for me because I do not practice it as often as I should. My artifacts are tongue twisters and a short recording of one of my presentations. When I practice my speech I always do it as many times as possible and speak aloud.
Tongue twisters
I have chosen this artifact because sometimes I have difficulties with pronunciation and this helps me to practice it. Also, I try to say it with American and British accents.

If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers,
Where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?

Reflection: Speaking is quite hard for me because I do get anxious and can't think clearly. I do need a lot of practice to gain some confidence. One of the best opinions is to go to some English speaking country for a longer period of time. I do need to practice pronunciation of some symbols.
